Deep breathing: breathing in for 4 seconds, and out for 6 seconds
Floating in an ocean pool
Watching the sunrise or sunset
Washing your hair
Closing your eyes while you drink your morning coffee
Giving a pet a cuddle
Writing down 5 things you are grateful/proud of yourself for (like sending this email)
Imagining your favourite place or person or thing - reflecting on what it smells like, looks like, sounds like, tastes like, feels like
Seeing how many different birds you can hear or see outside for 10 minutes
